1. Being responsible for the quality testing center, carrying out and implement all policies of the state, and management system files overall.
2. Being responsible for the elements below, such as the management system in the operation of the management system, contract review, record control, documents control, appeal and complaint, unqualified control, corrective and preventive actions, internal audit, management review and perform, perform the above elements involved in relevant procedures as well.
3. Being responsible for assisting technical management work, such as daily service of management system running, supplies procurement, environment and facilities, testing methods and working instructions, equipments and reference materials, testing samples, the results of quality control, monitoring, detection ability, test report and other elements. Besides, being responsible for the above factors involved in related procedures and effective operation.
4. Being responsible for completing the transactional work of examination center and  other work given by leaders.
